Max Pest Solutions is a pest control company working across metro Atlanta, from Alpharetta out to Atlanta, Buford, Cumming, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville and the cities between them. The company was started by a property inspector, which is why it is built around finding what is causing a pest problem rather than spraying where the pests are showing up.
The people behind it
A small team rather than a franchise route. Between them they carry the structural side of the work and the operational side, which is what makes it possible to treat a termite problem and a moisture problem as the same job.

Max Cheang
Founder and Owner
Founder and owner of Max Pest Solutions, and owner of Max Property Inspections, an inspection firm with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial property inspections.
His background is in civil engineering and construction, which is what he brings to both the inspection and the pest control side: structural systems, moisture, and the damage termites do to a building rather than just the insects themselves.
Years of termite inspections and structural assessments showed him the gap between what an inspection finds and what pest control actually fixes. Max Pest Solutions exists to close it, which is why the company was built around technical understanding and operational accountability rather than a route book.
Max stays involved in company oversight, strategic direction, compliance standards and service quality.

How we work
The inspection decides the treatment
Pest control works when it starts from where the pests are living and getting in, not where you are seeing them. Every property gets inspected before anything is quoted, and the treatment is built for that building. It is the difference between removing the pests you can see and stopping the next lot arriving.
Products chosen for the species and the setting
The species decides the product, and the building decides how it is applied. You are told in advance what to move, cover or launder, and what the re-entry time is for children and pets. Anything we are unsure of gets identified properly rather than guessed.
A trained team, and the same one
Technicians are trained and supervised in-house, under a technical director who ran termite and WDO operations at scale before joining. Georgia’s pest pressure is specific - heavy termite zones, a long mosquito season, roof rats in the older suburbs - and the people doing the work are expected to know it.
What happens after the visit
We come back to confirm the treatment worked. Most infestations need one treatment plus a check; anything with an egg stage, bed bugs especially, needs a second visit by design rather than because the first one failed.
