These terms cover your use of maxpestsolutions.com and any messages you exchange with Max Pest Solutions. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Using this website
The site is here to explain what we treat, where we work and what it involves. Use it for lawful purposes, do not attempt to disrupt it or gain access to parts of it that are not public, and do not scrape or republish it.
2. What the information here is, and is not
Pages describing pests and treatments are general information about how the work is approached. They are not a diagnosis of your property and not a promise of a particular outcome. What a given property needs is decided by an inspection, and every product we apply is used according to its label directions.
3. Quotes and estimates
- Quotes are non-binding until the work is agreed
- They follow an inspection and can change if the inspection finds something different
- They are specific to the property, its construction and the level of activity found
4. Appointments and cancellations
Give us accurate contact details and access instructions so a technician is not turned away at the door. Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Where a visit cannot go ahead because nobody was there to give access, we may charge for the visit.
5. Payment
Payment terms are given to you before work starts. Invoices are due on the terms stated on them and late payment may attract a fee. Online payments are handled by a third-party processor; we do not store your card details.
6. Text messaging program
Program. Max Pest Solutions sends text messages to customers and to people who have asked us for a quote. Messages cover quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, service follow-ups and invoices, and, where you have separately agreed to it, seasonal service reminders.
How you join. You are opted in when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, whether on a form on this site, in writing, or by telling a member of staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You must be 18 or over and the account holder or authorised user of the number you give us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the work you have booked and how you interact with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by asking us to add your number again.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@maxpestsolutions.com, or call 404-424-9200.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, your handset and your coverage. Do not rely on a text message to reach us about anything urgent; call us instead.
Your information. Mobile information, including opt-in data and consent, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Section 4 of our Privacy Policy sets out exactly how it is handled.
7. Content and ownership
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Max Pest Solutions and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
8. What you send us
Information and photographs you send us must be accurate and yours to send. We may use them to answer your enquiry, to plan the work and to keep a record of the job.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Max Pest Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here displaces the terms of a signed service agreement, which govern the work itself.
10. Other websites
We link to other sites, including those of our sister companies. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
11. Ending access
We may withdraw access to the site from anyone who misuses it or breaks these terms.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
